Child labor in Douglas County

Demand letter to Douglas County for Child labor.

Notice of Demand
​Whereas, the county of Douglas requires that all High School students be forced into child labor as a requirement ​for graduation, and
Whereas, Austin Tyler Morris age 17, is working part time to pay his bills, and
Whereas, the father, Richard Morris pays taxes to the County for the Schools, and
Whereas, the government has borrowed monies Austin Tyler Morris my son, and the father Richard Morris can not pay back and because of this misapplication of resources the father can no longer find gainful employment in the private sector, and
Whereas, Austin Tyler Morris is not of age to vote, and
Whereas, the County charges fees to students which can be a large percentage of the cost of a high school education, and
Whereas, public schools tend promote socialism rather than a constitutional republic, and
Whereas, most company's do not carry workers compensation for said workers, and
Whereas, Child Labor violates Article 3 of ILO Convention No. 182.
Now Therefore, Richard Morris demands payment of 1.2 million dollars in damages and punitive damages in the event that Austin Tyler Morris is not permitted to graduate due to not meeting the 20 hour community service requirement.
